Good: The room was perfect, so was the location, personnel. The breakfast was excellent!
Bad: We booked this hotel because of the pool and sauna, yet no where was it mentioned we had to pay extra for these facilities. We had found a cheaper 4* hotel with the same facilities where it was free of charge. We should have stayed there instead since the breakfast was also free, yet here we had to pay extra.

Good: Amazing! Love this place. So clean and staff is wonderful!!! I have stayed in many expensive hotels like W and majestic I would say this hotel is even better and the location is grate! So glad we tried, cant wait to come back!

Good: We were upgraded on arrival to the Junior suite & welcomed with a glass of cava. Our view from the balcony was exceptional & the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel staff were so friendly & sweet.
