Good: I recommend this hotel for the location, the facilities and the staff service. The staff was very kind and ready to help us at every time, the breakfast was delicious and the price you pay was very reasonable.

Good: The location is perfect for sightseeing and if you plan to do main Barcelona locations quickly! Safe hotel, possible to leave luggage under lock. The price for room was 140Eur for double and it is too high, the bed was very small (140cm) for two people and short (about 185cm) and the room was small, for one person would be fine. Conditioner, possible to open window, but during all night we hear the noise from big hotel washing machine that was very disturbing. We stayed 3 nights. Personal is great, very friendly, towels change and cleaning every day. Breakfast not tasty and coffee was bad.

Bad: BEWARE!!! The account of this hotel on Booking.com has been hacked. As I arrived at BCN airport, I received a message from the hotel asking me to pay the full reservation urgently otherwise the booking would be lost. Weird, but travelling with my family, this wasnt a risk I was going to take.
The payment link that was sent was extremely genuine and contained ALL OF MY BOOKING DETAILS, and was fully branded with Booking.com logo etc
The message coming from the hotel said that the money would be refunded a few minutes afterwards, but obviously it never was refunded.
After reaching out to the hotel and Booking.com, they only replied with a very unhelpful message We have checked your claim with Hotel Glries and they decided to decline it for the following reason: Booking has suffered a phishing attack and the customer has paid through a false link, therefore we are not going to return money that we do not have. The customer must go to their bank and report the scam
The hotel never acknowledged their own responsibility for sending the message (I mean you are the one who were hacked, at least do something about it), and Booking.com customer support is just lazily forwarding complaints to the hotel and also washing their hands of any responsibility.
So I ended up paying my booking twice. Nice
