Bad: We had an horrendous night , the air conditioning didnt work and was banging in 20 mins intervals, you can check this out in the hotels reply to me .. from 2.00am till 5.00 am with the maintenance man being in my bedroom trying to fix it while my wife and I were trying to sleep .. I asked for a refund but this was rejected.. I paid over 300 for one night stay and we didnt sleep at all .. Ive booked 22 holiday with booking. Com in the last month and future for this year and it would be nice if booking. Com could help me get my refund.. They have offered me a discount rate if I wanted to stay again.. I never want to see the place again..I await your reply . We also had a shower with broken glass panels when I questioned it they knew and said its one of the rooms that need refurbishment
