Good: The location and the breakfast was good. Clean and large room.
Bad: That I had to pay twice for visitors tax. I went down to reception and spoke to a woman who said her name was Roma. She kept on asking me to show her where I paid twice, which I did she started getting flustered and repeating the same thing. My booking was paid in full and it said it includes the visitors tax, which I showed her. I then had to pay it again on check in. She then gave me the lame excuse, it depends on the age of the child and if we actually check in. Told her, we did check in as this is non refundable and again, paid in full so the age of the child doesn't matter. So this "lovely ray of sunshine" then says I'm not talking to you and to go away. REALLY GREAT ATTITUDE. So I took a picture of her and hopefully I can share it. She shouldn't be in a front desk position. I spoke to the manager the next day and she gave me a different story. It was to inform me that it needs to be paid. Again I showed her my reservation where it says "included" but no. Was told to speak to Booking.com. So between them and Booking they really made it an unpleasant stay. I told the manager I was going to leave a negative response but she looked like she wasn't bothered. STAY AWAY.
