Good: Staff was welcoming and helpful.
Bad: It says ?shuttle service? on the description leading me to believe that it was included in the price- it was not-they called for a taxi for us, which was $50. I would have chosen another hotel

Bad: When we checked in the manager at the front desk wasn?t helpful. We had multiple issues with the room because he failed to inform us of information we required. We had to go from the 4th floor down to the main level and back several times because of him

Good: I loved the decor and the fact that it was an older building. I love the piano and the pictures on the walls. Also, the hotel is located between two excellent restaurants so you don?t even have to walk to get something to eat.
Bad: The only minor complaint I would have is the fact that you have to take two elevators to get up to the third-floor.

Good: Great hotel in walking distance from the train. Room and bathroom were clean.
Bad: Luggage was left at hotel but exposed and not locked away. Would like to see more security around luggage that needs to stay at hotel prior to check in
