Good: Everything. Such an authentic feel about the Hotel. Breakfast was great. Quiet area and close to buses and Roma Termini. The staff are exceptional! Highly recommended.

Good: I was happy with my choice. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the staff polite and helpful. Lots of small restaurants in the area - one right next door, one across the street and one (Mino, very good) around the corner. I walked everywhere by myself and had no problems whatsoever.
Hotel Assisi is a short walk from the main train station - an important point for those who, like me, travel by train.
Bad: My experience was positive. One negative thing: the clothes rack in the closet was so high I absolutely couldn't reach it (I'm not a dwarf). I had to use the door handles instead of a rack. Awkward, but I was there for only three days.
