3Unfortunately not very impressed
Good: The air conditioning worked amazingly and the staff were pretty nice and the location was ideal.
Bad: This was hands down the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, in my whole life. I had to ask for 3 extra pillows to lie on. The pull out bed in the couch was more comfortable than the actual bed! If you dont get a newly renovated room - be prepared. The shower was also pretty gross.

7okay hotel, nicely located, however need a TLC
Good: Staff, location 10 minutes walk from Termini and 20-30 minutes walk to all main attractions, clean room, room service, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shopping street.
Bad: Room pictures on the website are misleading. There are only certain floors that have been renovated. Room was outdated and ugly. Something from 80s. Chair was wobbling, bed was hard as a rock. I woke up in the night by a next door man snoring. Shower cabin is miniscule. Breakfast was very basic, coffee machine was broken, so I enjoyed capsule coffee in Italy. I wish breakfast would start at least at 6:30 so I wouldn't miss it twice.

4Not a pleasant stay as it was so stuffy in the room.
Good: Location and friendly staff
Bad: The room was very small. The width of the room was as wide as a double bed and 2 small side table so you have small passage between wall and bed. The air conditioning was not working in this room and the shower water temperature was not consistent. It will get very hot and then slowly go cold without any adjustments.
