Good: Very close to the train station which we needed with a 7:05 train in the morning. They have a 6:45 breakfast which allowed us to grab some fruit and a yogurt before we left and we still made our train ontime!! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Bad: The neighborhood is very touristy

7Nice to be in Roma again
Good: This was a nice hotel. It is located close to Rome Termini station, with all that entails. It turned out to have some good restaurants and shops close by. It was easy to get around to all the sights from here.
Bad: Just some of the people that hang around bust train stations. You need to be aware of your surroundings, like any big city.

Good: First, the place is really near the Train Station and the hotel looks like one of the best in this neighborhood. People at the reception were nice. So, first impressions good.
Bad: The poor insonorisation between the room. And, most of all, a bad experience the day following my stay, when I felt and found bed bud bites on one of my arms. I wrote to the hotel to advise them that there was a problem in my room. I send them pictures of my arm to prove that it's not that it's not a figment of my imagination, or the habits of a customer who likes to complain unnecessarily, still no respond... Check you bed, don't let your luggage open. Take care.
