1Rude staff, bad smell and bad vibes

Bad: Extremely rude reception staff. Wifi not working. Staff did not want to help simply telling me it's my problem and my computer. Very bad smell when you walk into the property of mould and humidity. The man at reception was extremely aggressive and rude. Told me (an Australian) that Australia had nothing but kangaroos and no culture. Unbelievably rude. The room was right above many train tracks. I went to a nearby hotel where the staff were polite and where wifi was working successfully. Avoid this hotel!
