2I felt scammed, being notified when checking in that we are placed at a different location/building
Good: staff helping the luggage's and when called for issue with TV, response was quick and efficient
Bad: They placed us in a building down the black (not in the regular hotel building, was spooky. room was dirty, one room did not have a bathtub instead was a tiny shower with no water pressure. was happy to be out safe...
