Bad: The noise in the corridor at all the time,the doule bed horrible filling the swings hurting our body,old torned linen,broken toilet seats,we are very very disappointed,the is not worth it for 250,next time you should check better the hotel.

Bad: Horrible!!!!!!! It takes 2 hours and a little bit more to get our room. Room was nothing that this people shows on their website. The beds we got was probably the worst thing we never seen. The AC was off bc people from the hotel told us the city is not allowing to the hotels to active AC until may 20th even the nigh temperature they dont care. We came out to the front desk to ask maybe the AC didnt work and the just offered a small fan to calm the hit in the room. We just decided to leave this place and find another option bc we cant even sleep bc this situation and they dont even ask when they knew we had more days to stay bc paid the hotel in advance and we got informed we couldnt cancel the reservation. This is very upset that booking promote a business they not giving what they offer. We are not really happy with this situation and we are asking our money back.

8Very convenient to Roma Termini - perfect for our needs.
Good: We needed a hotel close to the railway station, and the location could not have been better. The hotel staff were very helpful on check-in and gave us lots of information and recommendations. The room was small, and the bed hard, but not unexpected for a hotel in such an old city.
Bad: Bed had a very stiff mattress and thin pillows, but we were so tired it did not worry us as much as expected.
