1They double charged me for the room and I plan on filing a complaint and canceling the second charge they put on my card. I will file a complaint with Priceline this coming week when I return to the states. The location was the worst I've seen for a hotel. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The wireless Internet barely works. Worst hotel in Rome.

Good: Shuttle was only 5 euros .
Bad: The shuttle was 5 Euros however there were GPS ( usually hours) where the shuttle did not run.

8Overall very nice experience, although its location is not the ideal from a touristic stand of view it may be ideal for someone who looks for a very quiet place to rest. Additionally they offer a hourly and sometimes every half an hour pay-service shoutle to the city center. It would have been ideal is shuttle was a complimentary service. Nice clean quiet comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast. Staff was very friendly
Good: Very friendly staff, they even allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier. Excellent breakfast
Bad: No ironing accesories, towels were not changed in a daily bases
