Good: Since we wanted to be fairly close to Roma Termini, the hotel was in a good location for us, about a 3/4 mile walk from the station. We also liked that it was in a university area filled with students going to class. Also, the breakfasts were very good, with a good variety including scrambled eggs, many meat selections, cheeses, bread, fruit,yogurt, cereal and a variety of bakery selections that were very good.
Bad: We were supposed to have a balcony, but they gave us a room without one. When we told them that we were supposed to have one, they said they could change it the next day rather than right away. Then we discovered that we were getting no wifi in that room. At that point they changed us to a room with a balcony and wifi. The wifi in the new room was acceptable, but not very strong. I do wonder why they were not initially going to move us until the next day, but then when we said we had to have wifi, they were able to move us right away. However,while our initial check in was a bit stressful, once we were able to make the change, we had a nice stay.
