10Perfect stay
Good: We chose Hotel Liberty primarily for location. The hotel exceeded our expectations at all levels during our 3 nights stay. Each member of staff including cleaning personnel was very attentive and personal. They were very hard working. I hope they get good rest on their day off! The room was spacious, clean and decor was nice. Enjoyed breakfast, too. We would definitely love to come back.

Good: Convenient to the subway and to walk everywhere we wanted to go. No cars allowed and it was quiet for general pedestrian traffic although there was some revelry which passed quickly from the ice hockey championship. The staff as well as the breakfast were excellent.
Bad: We were upgraded which was nice but I dont think older folks should handle the narrow twisting staircase to the bedroom. We left our luggage on the first level and thankfully there was a bathroom upstairs as well.

10Highly recommend! The staff were fabulous.
Good: Everything was as expected from the description. Location was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable room. What was unexpected was just how amazing the staff were. Nothing was a problem. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Consistent customer se4vice from both front of house and back of house. Breakfast also far exceeded our expectations.
