Good: It was in a good location for most things and we wanted it to be close to the train station for the next leg of our trip.
Bad: Loved sitting in the garden area for breakfast.
The toilet flush/cistern did not seem to work very well (564)
Could have had hand sanitiser near the breakfast buffet and encouraged people to pull the glass covers down (there were a few people coughing with not the most hygienic manners) obviously nothing your hotel could do about them!
