Good: Big bed. Large bathroom. One room was spacious and quiet. But another one a bit small and... only with one chair. The best location in Praque. The hotel was clean throughout. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and quantity. Very helpful and friendly staff, English speaking.
Bad: Only one chair for two persons in one room.

Good: Hotel is in a good location. Room was very spacious. Not much traffic noise. Good quality bath towels. Slippers are a nice touch.
Bad: When checking in, the member of staff behind reception was not friendly in any way {no smile or welcome} and was quite rude saying I wasn't booked in when clearly I was. Other members of staff came across moody to, for one example we said good morning to a member of staff behind reception on our way to breakfast and he didn't even look up at us. Mould along the bath was not good. Hotel is dated. Not much food choice at breakfast. Walls are so thin, I could hear our neighbour talking and going to the toilet. Bed felt very hard.

Good: As always the breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and efficient. Cleaning staff were wonderful.
Bad: Musty smell in the room the first day, saw why, shower is hard to keep from leaking onto the floor. It's a cash cow I am sure, some places need updating, but it is a good place to stay. Prior stay was a better room.
