10A very enjoyable stay in Prague
Good: - The staff are very friendly and always there to help. A special mention to Natacha on our arrival who was very helpful!
- The location is great, short walking distance to the old town and other monuments.
- Water and a free bottle of wine in our room which is a lovely gesture. Free bottles of a water, a voucher and a magnet on departure, all of this added that little extra touch to our stay.
- The breakfast was excellent and had a lot to choose from. The porridge was amazing!
- The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable!
Bad: We loved pretty much everything but if there is one small thing to mention it would be the noise from outside. We were situated on the 2nd floor and on the very corner of the building so just in front of a bar. There was noise (people who were outside smoking and chatting) until about 3am which wasnt great for people like us who love their sleep. This didnt ruin our stay at all and Im aware that theres not much the hotel can do, we just got unlucky with the room!

10Centre of city, must stay.
Good: The staff couldn't have done more and Betka was very helpful on arrival. For my birthday they provided complimentary wine and breakfast. As part of being a guest you also receive complimentary coffees at a local coffee shop, bottles of water, a magnet and postcard. The hotel is also very clean and well looked after as well as being in a perfect location that avoids any noise but is also bang in the centre of the city.

8Lovely staff and location. Lack of storage in room.
Good: Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. Hotel was in a good location with lots of restaurants close by. Quiet and clean room with a complimentary bottle of wine and water.
Bad: The only issue we had with the room was the lack of storage for clothes. There were a few hangers but no hooks or drawers so we had to live out of the case essentially. This wasn't a problem for a short stay but if you were staying longer and needed to unpack you would struggle.
