Good: Location was great
Bad: Although had a coffee machine there was no complimentary coffee.
We stayed 3 nights and the room was only cleaned once.

2I spent 6-8 hours in...
Good: Close to the monorail and lovely view.
Bad: The staff didn’t know I was showing up due to booking.com apparently. They said my name was flipped so it read “Hicks, Sean” I would think the name would still come up as long as the keyword was what they typed. This was booked 2-3 months in advance. And they gave me a run a run around telling me that I needed to go to walgreens to put money on my credit card which didn’t make sense because it wasn’t a debit card. I asked to not have house keeping and I was woken up by house keeping. Due to them canceling my rooms and needing to book each night individually. I missed events I was there to make some money for during MagicCon. So it was not a great trip even though I planned and was prepared as I could be for anything.
