Good: The hotel is located in a good place, take the 320 bus is easy if you want to go to NY and that is one of the best things about the hotel. However, the building needs more maintenance. The carpets are really dirty and some of the doors are broken.
Bad: The breakfast is good but is the same all the days, if you can chance that would be better The girl taking the coupons is rude, she needs to has more control taking the papers because I gave her two and when my partner was trying to in, the girl told me that I never gave her the second paper and that wasn’t true.

7Worth it for what we...
Good: Pros : awesome view, very nice stuff, super comfy beds, easy access to Manhattan, access to multi level parking, access to a pool, the AC worked perfectly.
Bad: Cons : the hotel is outdated, the smell was not the most pleasant, the rooms could’ve been cleaner (the bathroom was pretty dirty), the breakfast was pretty basic, we were given the wrong key and we accessed a room that was already occupied, so the staff needs to be more carefull.

3If you have low standards...
Good: Bus stops were right outside the hotel, convenient for travel to NYC.
Bad: The bathroom light wouldn't turn on and my maintenance requests were never fulfilled; I had to bring the living room lamp into the bathroom to see anything. There were also concerning stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet. The AC unit was unbelievably noisy and would scare the crap out of you when it turned on, especially in the middle of the night. I love a good loud hotel AC for the white noise, but this was insanely bad. The front lot also needs new pavement, I felt like I should've rented a Jeep just to get over those potholes. Previous reviews about one elevator being down are true and the wait for the other elevator can get annoyingly long. I know elevator parts are in high demand right now but you would think a hotel in an area with a high amount of visitors (especially during concert season) would prioritize that repair. Just my thoughts!

1Just closed remodel and open...
Good: Staff members are honest and professional
Bad: Property is very dirty, room only had cold water in the shower. Breakfasts is bad!
I asked 3x for then to fix the water, nobody shows up, the 2nd day finally in the afternoon they change me to another room.
