Good: Friendly staff. Convenient for the Gare du Nord and Gare de 1'est.

Good: The staff in the check-in was super friendly. I love the 10th so the location was perfect, just a few meters from both Gare du Nord and Est. Bed is super comfortable, room clean and with a very good scent.
Bad: They ask you to leave the room card at the front desk when you are not in the room and as a woman traveling alone, this is always something that makes me feel uncomfortable - and I really don’t see the point.
If you are big or tall, the towels size will be a problem for you, they are super small.
The shower was spreading water in all directions except where the water should go.

Good: Well located, very close to Gare de Nord for onward journey.
Very comfortable- lovely bed, cool, dark room - and it was front facing
Staff were fantastic - so kind when our Euro* journey was disrupted
