Good: Good bed, good pillows. Good functioning air conditioning.
Bad: No iron and ironing board in the room. Shower very difficult to get to a good temperature, far too hot or too cold! Scaffolding works right outside room window, with cover over so no daylight at all!

Good: The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is convenient with close access to the metro station, groceries and great boulangeries. Despite being on the noisy street, barely any noise gets into the room. Cleaning staff was doing a good job.
Bad: Room definitely needs some refreshing. There are water stains on the ceiling above the bed, baseboard is badly damaged by water in the bathroom and there are questionable, mold-like, stains in the shower.

Good: The location is not the prettiest area of Paris. But the hotel itself is great, very modern and beautiful. Also, the Italian restaurant across the street was excellent and a reasonable price.
Bad: No elevator! We were on the 4th floor and had to carry suitcases up a somewhat winding stairway. This was difficult!
