9Great hotel with great views...
Good: Great location of a hotel. Great views. Bus in front driving to Times Square (gets you there in 10-15 minutes).
Bad: Hotel restaurant which is just ok.

8Great views, great location! Easy...
Good: Location! Location! Location! It was across the cove to the Hudson Tea Building where my son lives, just a ferry ride away from NYC, close to Hoboken restaurants and food trucks on the pier and the views! Plus love the convenient parking.
Bad: Lobby is a little dated and a little cramped but that's ok. How much time do you spend in the lobby anyway? I would have loved a coffe station in the lobby in addition to the restaurant which was very crowded.

Good: Great views and great location.
Bad: One of the reasons we booked this property was for the ferry access right outside - when we checked in no body mentioned the pier was closed for maintenance.
