Good: employees were really nice
Bad: no overnight partial paking meaning you have no access from 12 to 6 am i hated it

Bad: There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star hotel. I felt completed cheated and taken advantage of. The rate we were charged is completely unacceptable for the quality of the room and the hotel.
