6Great location, helpful staff, disapointing facilities
Good: After first night where room auto light kept turning on and then was incredibly noisy as next to breakfast room we where moved
Bad: Noise in first room and automatic light then second room I dont believe was a superior room which is what we had paid for, damp smell from air con leaking onto carpet in room

Good: Great location, 2 min walk to Metro which gets you anywhere! 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower, lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were super helpful, nothing too much trouble. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again as a good basis for sightseeing. Towels and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel included. Good wifi.
Bad: The lift is tiny! Just about fitted ourselves and cabin size suitcase in it. Our room was located near the lift so heard it every time it went up and down, also walls were paper thin so could hear everyone walking past. First night had trouble sleeping but after all the walking the 2nd night didn't hear a thing!

Good: Very friendly staff. The location was also excellent, surrounded by a lot of different small quality shops and the metro station.
Bad: The extremly thin walls; you could hear people moving and talking in other rooms. I paid a price bigger than 200 neuro a might and was expecting something better for that money, we'll knowing that I booked 4-5 months in advance (before my arrival).

4Need some improvement for the price
Good: Nice breakfast, close to the RER (train), use of luggage storage after check out.
Bad: Shower was smelly, uncomfortable toilets, rooms need to be repaired (especially walls)
High price for what you get.
Tiny 3 people elevator had been repainted and out of use. Toiletries (no toothbrush/paste, no pyjamas)
