Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite. Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges. Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 10We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others!
Good: The location and proximity to the Earls Court tube station is fantastic, the street is quiet, there are tons of restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance, and the clean room is quite large by London standards. We enjoyed having a mini kitchen to eat breakfast in and even did a load of laundry mid-week (we dried using drying rack). The owner is friendly and helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again!
Bad: We did have to ask how to dispose of our trash as we had quite a few take out containers and only a very small trash can. It was certainly easy enough to take care of, but maybe a larger trash can and liner would help?

7Good, but it could be better.
Good: The hotel is very close to Earl's Court station.
The hotel staff is very courteous and polite.
Room 51 is a good size.
Bad: The bed could be more comfortable, especially considering the price they charge.
The shower water pressure is very low and gets even lower during the shower. Maintenance has been in the apartment twice, but the issue was not satisfactorily resolved.

Good: I think the only good about this property is the location
Bad: There is no room cleaning No changing for towels.. and it would cost money if you ask for new. The name is hotel but I dont see anything look like a hotel there.
