Good: The front desk lady who check us in was very nice she was kind i and friendly. And the guy at door. he take his job very very serious and professional he was very, very helpful to our needs and help us by getting us direction

Bad: No coffee in the room. Going down to the little Lobby area for a cup of coffee was absurd. Took too long between the ride in the elevator and bringing the coffee back up to the room. An then, we both like two cups, so had to repeat the experience.
