Good: Not a lot. When I complained the staff did upgrade my room, so thanks for that.

Bad: I had a Studio room. The Bed was a sofa bed and broken. The slats were broken and so was one of the legs. "It shouldn't be" was the response. The mattress was so soft if offered no support at all. The Sofa bed could not be returned to a sofa so there was no where to sit except for a dining room chair. So it is reasonable to expect some sort of soft chair/sofa to sit on. When I said that there was no where to sit, apparently the building is being refurbished and they had not decided what to do about chairs. The room was very sparse. It felt like student accommodation. Not great at 200 per night. The location was not canary wharf. It was quite rough, especially at night. Even the local tesco express only allowed you in and out passed a security guard
