Good: The bed was nice, and the concierge was wonderful. They always called transportation for me to go to the nearby hotel to attend the conference daily. There were two desk attendants that was very nice. One treated my husband of 42 years awful.
Bad: I asked for soap to wash my hands and never received until the second day. There was no window and when the curtains were opened, there was a WALL. There were fees hidden that I did not know about. One clerl treated my spouse awful when he ask for help

Good: Everything is great about this hotel minus everyone who works there.
Bad: Staff would not help me find my missing id that I left in this hotel. I only left the hotel once with nothing with me bc my bf came with me so I didnt need to bring my purse hence I didnt bring my id out with me. The supervisor woman was rude to me&myb
