1Very over priced - do not stay here!!

Good: Location is the only thing - do not stay in this hotel!

Bad: Firstly, in the lift I feared for my life! Felt so unsafe. The hotel was cold, bare and grubby. The rooms the bed was like sleeping on concrete with one scratchy pillow. So dark, dingy and cold. I now have a bad back and severe shoulder pain, so uncomfortable. The bathroom was the size of a broom cupboard, the shower was dangerous as so small you couldnt turn around and youd fall on the silly step inside, shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The electric sockets in the room were hanging off the walls - very unsafe. Not to mention staff entered our room early hours in the morning on two occasions and said oh sorry & left when we got up and asked what they were doing?? Breakfast shouldnt even be called breakfast it is in a cold mouldy room underground and is a machine terrible coffee and watered orange juice, 3 mouthfuls in a plastic cup, a croissant and a piece of sweet bread, the toaster was out of order, who wants dry bread for breakfast. I am so disappointed and at 120 a night, this is far far below expectations, I understand its budget but this was very unsafe and unhygienic and 100% overpriced. The dust in the room was inches thick. The staff there was a different young boy there every evening. Very very overpriced and just awful. I felt dirty even entering the room

2Bad Italian manners

Good: Near termini station

Bad: Old and ugly... I thought about having mercy, because the Indian staff was awesome... But they tried to charge my twice for keeping my luggage (why they even charge for this?). Italians... Always trying to rip you off because you're a turist. Municipality tax went from 3 to 5 (is this even true?). The included breakfast is OK.

2Shabby and needs plenty of work

Good: Location

Bad: 1st room not suitable as only one bed, so we were put in another room. This room was damp and had plaster falling from ceiling. Toilet is actually located in the shower and the toilet seat cracked. Next room we were moved to was on the 4th floor. This time the bed lamps didnt work. We were told these would be fixed but they were not. Also a large, broken floor tile in the middle of the room, which was a health hazard. Then the lift broke down.
