Bad: The toilet bowl/seat is quite close to the wall. Not very comfortable, I almost always have to seat sideways- and already a small person being Asian.

9The hotel was a perfect base of operations for our explorations of Amsterdam.
Good: The staff was friendly & helpful; the location central yet quiet; the public space cozy & warm; the fresh, bountiful breakfast was presided over by another excellent staff member.
Bad: The stairs to breakfast were challenging for me.

Good: Great location, staff and vibe. Nice breakfast.
Bad: Very expensive for such a tiny room - unable to even open two suitcases, had to climb onto the bed from the bottom because no access from side, shower overflowed.
