MAX Hotel Amsterdam Next Building is located only 984 feet from the Heineken Experience and the Albert Cuyp market. It is 984 feet from the Stadhouderskade tram stop in a quiet residential part of the famous De Pijp district. All of the colorful rooms at MAX Hotel Amsterdam come with private bathroom facilities with a shower. Some of the rooms look out over the small courtyard garden. Guests must take a steep staircase in order to reach their rooms. Oosteinde tram stop is at 984 feet, and links to the Rijksmuseum and lively Leidse Square. Dam Square and Amsterdam Central Station are a short ride on tram 16, 4 and 25. Koninklijk Theater Carre is just 1640 feet from the property and from the Weesperplein stop at 984 feet has a direct tube-connection to the Amsterdam Arena. From this same stop there is a direct connection to the Heineken Music Hall which takes 19 minutes.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this hotel has steep stairs and does not have an elevator. Please note, the room photos are indicative only and your assigned room may differ from the ones pictured. Guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage into the room. Check in time is from 3pm until 6pm. The reception is open from 10am until 6pm. We require arrival time of the guest before arrival date. Minimum age of check in is 21 years. A deposit of €150 is required. We will not cancel the reservation free of charge if access to the hotel has been denied because of age.

Good: location and proximity to trams/metro/supermarket Coffee available and fridge Ground floor room was great as my partner has mobility issues

Bad: No real clothes storage if you are there for a few days More hangers and maybe some under bed storage for t-shirts underwear would be a lovely addition
