6Friendly, professional staff. The hotel...
Good: Breakfast provided a good choice. Hotel location was very central, although it was rather noisy, this was to be expected and did not really disturb us. Staff were professional friendly and efficient.
Bad: The size of the room (136) was good, however it was very dull, not helped by the dark brown carpet and rather dark and worn wall paint. Better lighting would be a simple inexpensive improvement. The shower was good but the base tray filled very quickly causing some concern re overflow.
