Good: I really appreciated the hotel’s excellent facilities and the breakfast service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and it was great that you could request specific items, which were promptly served. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

8Good but a few issues...
Good: Location, staff, breakfast
Bad: This is our fifth stay at Grand Sofitel. We always come to this hotel and have a great time. However, there are a few issues that need immediate attention:
1. Shower glass is getting old and water is invariably leaking out to fill the bathtub.
2. Terrible spa facility with broken jacuzzi, water jets in pool and lack of any attendant.
3. Despite a clear sign that kids can’t come to the pool after 6 pm. The pool is often filled with kids playing and shouting and splashing which is VERY disturbing. Despite alerting the front desk staff, NOTHING was done!
4. OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive for the value you get in return.
These things have to be fixed ASAP
