Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform OZO Hotels Cordial Amsterdam of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel has a valet parking service. The guests' car will be picked up within 30 minutes. In order for the car to be returned, guests need to inform the receptionist 60 minutes in advance. The service is available from 09:00 hours until 21:00 hours (outside these hours the service is available on request). Please note that guests are able to park their car in the garage. Please note that it's not possible to make reservations for parking facilities. Please note that when making a nonrefundable reservation, you must show the same credit card upon check-in as was used when making the reservation. When you are not able to show the same credit card, your reservation will be refused. Please note that when booking 8 rooms or more, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required. The property will contact the guests with payment details. Please note that additional guests above the maximum room occupancy will incur an additional charge of EUR 100 per night. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the rooms.
